The sunlight is streaming through the branches and pouring itself all over the ground and my feet. The incense is stronger, people are up and breakfast is soon. I feel extremely content. I feel this is natural and how I should feel, always.


Exercise as pleasure, not pain

Exercise is a necessity, but there’s no need to make it gruelling and painful in the name of getting your daily quota (or more) of exercise, unless your sport is your passion and you’re absolutely loving, and thriving off it. Choose something fun that you want to do most days – be it surfing, yoga, dancing, playing ball with your dog, or triathlon, endeavour to enjoy the movement and the life it injects into your body.
