OCTYOGAFEST!!

This Sunday afternoon, the 3rd of October, from 3:00PM onwards in Burleigh Heads park there will be a celebration of YOGA and all things groovy, including a free, chilled out yoga class, food, slackline, acrobatic yoga, thai massage, surfing and depending on who rocks up, twirling and maybe some capoeira and dancing! All FREE, naturally :)

True health is built slowly at your own pace and there really are no safe and sustainable shortcuts.
