This Sunday afternoon, the 3rd of October, from 3:00PM onwards in Burleigh Heads park there will be a celebration of YOGA and all things groovy, including a free, chilled out yoga class, food, slackline, acrobatic yoga, thai massage, surfing and depending on who rocks up, twirling and maybe some capoeira and dancing! Sunlight streamed through the branches of a leafy tree as we laughed and wobbled through standing and arm balances, stretches and a soothing relaxation at the end. These young girls were an absolute pleasure to teach. They were brimming with energy and up for anything! Having a whole group of young people in a class beings a fresh dynamic to the experience of teaching. It was much more like playing; I had so much fun!!
