I challenge you to practise Green Smoothie Yoga for 14 days straight and feel more alive than you’ve felt in ages! Let me be your personal yoga teacher and nutritionist for the next 2 weeks and together we’ll uncover a more vibrant, healthier you. Today is Day 1 of the challenge and I will guide you through a few variations on the sun salutation, the foundation of vinyasa or flow yoga. Then we’ll get into the kitchen and I’ll show you how to make a basic green smoothie in under 5 minutes!
