We complete our backbending from Day 11 with some backbend-inversions: Peacock feather (Pincha Mayurasana) and Scorpion (Vrschikasana). These are not beginner postures so build up carefully and use a wall to start with! We then neutralise all that backbending with some soothing spinal twists.
