We get serious today with some hip openers spanning over 2 videos. You can follow one with the other or just practice them in isolation.
Hip openers can bring suppressed emotions to the surface.. you have been warned! Warm up thoroughly to these variations of Hanumanasana (Monkey God Pose) and Somakonasana (Front Splits) with any of the vinyasa flow videos from the previous 8 days.
The days are in the order of a general, full spectrum practice so for a dynamic yoga session follow the days in sequence! Choose the variations you attempt wisely… honour the wisdom of your body and remember that there’s something for everyone but it’s possible and even likely that not every variation is 100% right for you.
